1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299be platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

8 Suspension and Termination

8.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting 299be support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (subject to completion of KYC verification and no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method.
